Research Interest:   Dr. Adamu Bilkoya Tunwari is the present Ag. Head of the Department of Crop Production and Protection, Federal University Wukari, Taraba State, Nigeria. He is holder of Bachelor of Science Agriculture (1988) in ABU Zaria, Master of Science Crop Protection (2001) in University of Maiduguri and Doctor of Philosophy Crop Protection/Plant Pathology (2014) from Modibbo Adama University of Technology Yola. His research interests cut across sesame, cereals/tubers/fruits/vegetables fungal diseases and their management with bio pesticides and host plant resistance. His current research interests include: Assessment of the Prevalence of Sorghum Downy Mildew of Maize (Perenosclerospora sorghi) in Wukari, Taraba State, Genotypes Evaluation for Finger Millet Blast (Magnoporthe grisea) Resistance, Post-harvest fungal rots of vegetables, legumes, grains and their Management with bio pesticides.
